A Leg of Blues
Nearly midnight, I woke.
A leg covered under blues asked,
How many fingers do you have?
Counted once carefully,
Ten!
Leg asked,
How many legs do you have?
Does the resting one count?
A pair.
Leg said,
You’re often in a rush,
Let me compose a blues for you!
